“Torisei Honten” in Fushimi-Momoyama, Kyoto is a very popular izakaya specializing in chicken dishes, but they also have “Tori Ramen” which is only available at lunchtime.
Although we are not a ramen specialty restaurant, Torisei’s “Tori Ramen” is a chicken specialty restaurant, so the soup made from chicken bones is based on “chicken mizutaki.”
In addition to the main store in Fushimi, Torisei has other locations such as the Kiyamachi store, Takoyakushi store, Saiin store, and Kyobashi store (Osaka), but the “Tori Ramen” that we will be introducing today is a lunchtime menu that is only offered at the main store.
The store opens at 11 a.m., but there is always a line on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so if you make a reservation or line up before the store opens, you can get in as soon as it opens. By the way, lunch time is until 3pm.
