Kyoto Fushimi Inari Taisha Romon (Important Cultural Property)

This Roumon Gate was rebuilt by Toyotomi Hideyoshi when he realized that Omandokoro had recovered from his illness, and a ``prayer for life'' from that time has been discovered. Although it was dismantled and repaired in 1972, the tower gate still stands out even after 300 years, and is a masterpiece of Japanese architectural techniques.
